Charlie Peek serves as Chief Executive Officer for Riverwood, as well as Riverwood’s parent company, Custard Insurance Adjusters. A native of St. Louis, Peek began his insurance claims career in 1989 with a major insurance carrier before joining CIA in 1993 as a Branch Manager in Dallas, TX. Over the years, he continued to gain significant industry knowledge while successfully serving in various Management positions. In 2012, Peek relocated to Atlanta and was promoted to President & CEO of CIA in 2015. In this role, his leadership has been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and reputation within the claims industry. Peek brings to Riverwood a track record of management success and a wealth of industry knowledge. Peek holds an Associate in Claims Designation and is an active member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association.
