Jamie Backous is responsible for the day to day operations of Riverwood’s US TPA operation, which includes growth of TPA offices and development of client relationships. Backous originally joined Custard Insurance Adjusters in 1998 and is based in Kansas City, Missouri. During her time at CIA she has served as Litigation Manager and Branch Manager of the Kansas City TPA office. She was promoted in 2018 to the position of Director of TPA Services, US and will assume the same role at Riverwood.
Backous previously held a variety of roles within the insurance and legal industry and previously worked in the insurance carrier segment for many years. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
